Executive Director – Skeet Ayscue
Mr. Ayscue graduated with a MSW from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY and is the first director of Homes of Hope. Mr. Ayscue also holds degrees from UNC-CH in Psychology and Industrial Relations, as well as an AA in Computer Technology from Wake Technical Community College. He is married to Elizabeth Ayscue, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Albemarle. They have two children; Rebekah and Spencer. |

Program Director – Salem Bays Taylor
Mrs. Taylor has a BA in Psychology from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer and an AA from Stanly Community College with a concentration in psychology and human services. Prior to joining Homes of Hope in November of 2007, she was a Community Support Specialist and Intensive In-Home Services team member at Foundation Behavioral Services (now Monarch). Mrs. Taylor is married to Thomas Taylor, a business intelligence consultant and photographer, and have one child, Holden. |

Community Inn Director – Chris Story
Chris holds an Associates Degree in Human Service from Stanly Community College and served as an intern with Homes of Hope for two semesters while in school. Chris has worked as a volunteer and part-time employee during 2008 – 2009 in preparing for the opening of the Community Inn – Emergency Housing Program. He retired from Pre-form Lines to take on the full time responsibilities of the Community Inn. |

Mentoring Director – Bobbie VanDusen
Mrs. VanDusen is a volunteer who helps recruit, train and assigns family mentors for the Homes of Hope participants. She holds a MS degree in Education from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, TX, and a BS in Education from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. Mrs. VanDusen has many years of experience teaching in the Community College field and as a software trainer and consultant. She has most recently taught at Montgomery Community College and Stanly Community College. |
